Donna L. Reynolds
Donna Reynolds combines leadership with expertise in developing and implementing strategic employee communications initiatives during times of corporate transitions and new strategic directions. As a consultant at Gagen MacDonald, Donna led the employee communications function for United Airlines as the company was developing strategies and plans to exit bankruptcy.
Prior to Gagen MacDonald, Donna was vice president of communications for Inland Paperboard and Packaging, Inc., a $3 billion producer of paper and corrugated packaging based in Indianapolis. She worked daily with the chairman as part of the senior leadership team and as an officer of the company. She designed and led a full integration of the company’s communication function in line with business objectives, including the Inland Foundation.
Donna joined Inland from Mallinckrodt Veterinary, at the time the world’s largest branded animal health company, where she was vice president of communications. Previously, she held senior level communications management positions with William M. Mercer, Inc., TRW Inc., Montgomery Ward and International Harvester, the predecessor company of International Truck and Engine Corporation.
As a resident of Indianapolis, Donna is also extremely active in community initiatives, having served on the Salvation Army advisory board; The Lacy Leadership Association board of directors, where she also is past president, and the Ballet Internationale advisory board. Donna also is past president and currently serves on the audience development committee of the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra, and volunteers with the International Violin Competition of Indianapolis.
