(Chicago, IL – July 26, 2010) Gagen MacDonald LLC, the Chicago-based strategy execution and employee engagement firm, today announced that Sheila Kindig and Helen Paczkowski have joined the consultancy.

Ms. Kindig joins Gagen MacDonald from FTI Consulting. Throughout her public relations and management consultancy experience, she has consulted with Fortune 500 companies on a wide range of organizational transition issues resulting from new market strategies, restructuring, outsourcing and cost reduction. She has a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.A. in English and a certificate to teach English as a second language (ESL).

Ms. Paczkowski joins Gagen MacDonald from Ketchum Pleon Change (formerly Stromberg Consulting). During her career, she has focused on culture change efforts and organizational development projects. She has deep experience in organizational assessments and specialized research on such topics as managing creative talent and leading in a global world. She received a B.A. in economics from Rutgers (N.J.) University and an M.A. in social-organizational psychology from Columbia University in New York.
