Nora Ellis’ 18-year career has focused on enhancing employees’ professional development to unleash an organization’s talent and competitive advantage. She specializes in human resource systems and organizational design. She has leveraged her HR expertise as a strategic advisor in executing internal audits and in designing functional organizations that best deliver on company strategy. Her experiences include projects with many Fortune 500 clients.

Nora has extensive experience in training, facilitation, compensation planning and with professional development and performance management. She has developed and delivered specialized training for several multinational clients.

Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, she has a strong commitment to bi-national opportunities and bi-cultural values. Nora has participated in organizational development in a bi-national, bi-cultural, and bi-lingual context. She has successfully developed and delivered cultural sensitivity programs built around key strategic business issues and initiatives for several clients experiencing bi-cultural and bi-national challenges.
