Rich Fruin
Rich Fruin’s seven years of broad consulting and corporate experience are enabling him to contribute in a big way to one of our client's largest-ever change initiatives. Working as part of an embedded team, Rich is responsible for leading and executing the internal communications and change effort in the finance and corporate center departments of the company as well as overseeing external communications with suppliers.
Before joining Gagen MacDonald, Rich served as a communication consultant for Watson Wyatt Worldwide, where he partnered with leading companies including CDW, CNH Global, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Allstate and Canadian National Railway. In his role at Watson Wyatt, Rich created, managed and executed strategies developed to change employee behavior and drive business results.
Rich also worked for State Farm Insurance in a variety of HR and communications roles. While at State Farm, Rich applied his skills across three functions – finance, IT and HR – working as a change management and communications professional. This role included accountabilities for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), employee relations, benefits, intranet management and establishing a centralized communications function within the HR department.
