Sherry Scott
Sherry Scott has 18-years of results-driven experience in change management, leadership and employee engagement, strategic planning, labor communication and internal and corporate communication.
She has worked both inside and as an outside consultant to global Fortune 500 companies to create and implement strategic communication plans designed to: shift culture, align and strengthen leadership communication, enact leadership transitions, implement SAP, begin and sustain an open dialogue with employees, implement new business strategy, support mergers and integrations, create a favorable environment in support of labor contract negotiations and drive internal brand strategy.
Sherry joined Gagen MacDonald at the firm’s inception in 1998. Since that time, she has counseled clients including American Standard, Arvin Meritor, Baxter Healthcare Corporation, Collective Brands, Inc., Coors Brewing Company, Dean Foods, Edison International, General Motors, International Truck & Engine, Johnson & Johnson, The Kroger Co., Payless ShoeSource, Seyfarth Shaw LLP, Thomas & Betts Corporation, United Airlines, UMB Financial Corporation and Wrigley in a wide range of engagements.
Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Sherry ran internal communications for International Truck and Engine Corporation (then Navistar), where she was responsible for development, design and implementation of a number of employee, corporate and leadership communications programs to achieve corporate strategies and drive company performance. While at Navistar, she also was one of 25 employees selected by the CEO to serve as a member of the culture change advisory team.
She also worked for a major global public relations firm in its Corporate and Investor Communications practice.
