Adrianne G. Rieck
With a broad background in product and brand management, as well as strategic business communications, Adrianne Rieck has led product development efforts enabling companies to tap emerging markets and counseled clients on maximizing employee relationships to drive performance and bottom-line results.
At Gagen MacDonald, Adrianne championed strategic planning and continuous improvement into the Corporate and Government Affairs division of United Airlines. Working closely with the division’s executive vice president and leadership team, she identified, developed and executed strategies and initiatives critical to achieving key company objectives, as well as defined the process and workflow improvements necessary to support implementation.
Adrianne has also supported United's marketing organization by facilitating cross-functional planning to align employees and resources against common objectives, and execute strategic internal communications campaigns to motivate employees to deliver new product and service offerings.
Previously, she supported the business transformation effort at United Airlines, driving the implementation of performance incentive and profit sharing plans to foster employee engagement in the business and managing the program communications strategy and worldwide launch.
Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Adrianne served as client relations and program development director for Carlson Marketing Group, a global leader in the marketing, travel and hospitality industries. She worked to grow the business of a newly acquired company to cultivate the employee relationship management practice within Carlson Marketing Group. She also built engagement strategies and implemented technical solutions to stimulate improved performance and employee retention for multiple Fortune 500 companies including Wells Fargo, WW Grainger, CDW and FedEx Corporation.
Earlier, Adrianne worked for Moore Corporation, Ltd., an international leader in print and digital information management. She advised on technologies and trends for new product development and integration into existing offerings, as well as led divisional branding efforts and marketing communications programs to enable the corporate transition to digital information management.
After managing Internet-based products and services at Moore, Adrianne leveraged her technical specialization to co-found Harmony Web, Inc. (now YR Consulting), a firm providing custom-developed web software solutions. Adrianne recently partnered with YR Consulting to revitalize and re-launch Gagen MacDonald’s website. Currently, she is driving strategic marketing planning and program execution to support Gagen MacDonald's growth strategy.
