Facilitating Application of John Kotter’s Eight Steps to Leading Change in Organizations

(Chicago, IL – December 1, 2008) Gagen MacDonald announces a new offering “Leading Bold Change,” – an interactive learning program based on Our Iceberg Is Melting, the fable by Harvard Business School Professor, John Kotter, Ph.D. and Holger Rathgeber.

“Leading Bold Change” is a dynamic and fun way to integrate Kotter’s eight step process – first documented in his 1996 bestseller, Leading Change – for creating sustainable change in organizations. The training program prepares leaders at all levels to take action and mobilize employees toward realizing successful business transformations.
