We have developed a variety of tools to help our clients ensure they have the right people, with the right skills to get the job done. Working virtually, or embedded on-site in client teams, we help individuals improve their impact as change agents; Human Resource and Communications teams grow as business drivers; and companies engage all employees in building a better business.
We never want to outstay our welcome. It is our goal to transfer the capabilities to do what we do to your people as quickly as possible. To facilitate this, we partner with your people throughout the entire engagement to build understanding and skills inside your organization. Our goal is not lifetime employment, but continuous improvement. We work hard to work ourselves out of a job.
Leadership Capabilities Assessments: A foundational leadership and business platform with defined attributes and competencies specific to each client’s business, culture and leadership focus. Tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Spectrum CPI 260, CCL Benchmark 360, and 360 One-on-One are applied to generate a baseline of individual leadership strengths, needs and improvement areas, as well as practical recommendations for performance improvement.
Leadership Profiles: Profiles that define desired leadership attributes, behaviors and competencies that will enable an organization to achieve its strategic objectives.
Leadership Development Plans: Individual development plans that incorporate feedback and individual assessment data; proven assessments are used to guide thoughtful counsel that helps individuals understand, develop and tap into their unique talents and motivators.
Leadership Alignment: Processes to work with leadership teams to gain alignment around a company’s vision, goals or strategic initiatives; focused on identifying common ground, uncovering challenges and crafting a path forward.
Team Alignment: Processes to help facilitate improved performance among leadership or cross-functional teams, including identification of strengths, clarification of goals, team re-structuring, building trust and improving dialogue.
Communications Training for Managers and Supervisors: Individual coaching or group Communication in Action® workshop to train leaders at all levels to communicate consistently across the organization; incorporates role-playing for managers and supervisors using a message platform.
Facilitation Training: Training for leaders and communications professionals to sharpen or develop their ability to succeed at the unique challenges of facilitating organizational change with groups or individuals.
Executive Communications Coaching: One-on-one counsel to executives to help them effectively model behaviors that increase individual and team success.
