Employee Engagement

Success can be infectious. Our employee engagement strategies invite people to join in the success. We help leaders demonstrate to employees what’s expected and to model new ways of working, to achieve results via a "words-action-words" approach.

We use employee engagement tools to create momentum, build visibility and drive commitment to the business cause. Often these tools are “transformational” experiences that change how people think about their work, about management and about their relationships with the company and other employees. They “shine a light” on those people who have the courage to do things differently. The tools help leadership demonstrate—through actions and words—that they are committed to the better way of doing things as the way.

The Campaign: A communications campaign used to create a “drum-beat” of messages to employee groups that reinforces a “words-action-words” approach. It creates the cause and inspires minds.

Leadership Conferences: Events that create leadership commitment for strategic initiatives and provide clear, credible information to key leaders to help them operate the company and provide a foundation for decision-making.

Face-to-Face Leadership Meetings: A series of meetings conducted by management with all employees at all locations to develop alignment between executives and the front line. These meetings build trust for management and credibility in business objectives and initiatives.

Business Education: Business education campaigns increase employees' understanding of key business decisions. They bring realities of the marketplace and competition to employees and enable employees to see how their role links to the strategy.

Total Brand Experience: Connects business strategy and brand strategy within the company and promotes internal awareness of what customers’ value. We use the brand promise to inform employees about what they can do to deliver on that promise.

Action Teams: Teams organized for planning, coordination and execution to achieve specific short-term goals in the event of a sudden change or opportunity in business. They are frequently used to identify cost reduction opportunities, create cross-functional collaboration and develop problem solving capabilities.
