Ann Simon

With more than two decades of leadership in senior communication positions, Ann brings deep experience in designing strategic communication, employee engagement and change leadership programs for Fortune 500 companies that strengthen organizational alignment and deliver business results.

As a consultant, she has led business and culture transformation efforts, as well as communication assessments and leader communication programs for clients in a number of industries.

She also headed corporate employee communications as well as institutional business communications at Charles Schwab. Her tenure there began at a time of unprecedented change for Schwab. During that time, Ann designed a three-phase strategic program to help Schwab communicate to employees about the rationale behind the first layoffs in the company’s history, then, the need to reduce costs and increase efficiency and, finally, the strategy for the company’s return to growth.

Previously, Ann led the corporate practice for a global public relations firm, and served as senior counselor to American Express, American Management Systems, Bank of Montreal and Fidelity Investments, among others. Her experience there also included guiding Visa USA through its first reorganization and working with the corporate relations department to restructure its employee communication function and establish new internal programs and channels.

Early in her career, she also worked in corporate communication at Merrill Lynch in New York.
