Kathy is an experienced consultant, communication strategist, client lead and project manager who is now delighted to use her background, as well as her passion for people and commitment to their development, to recruit and grow talent at Gagen MacDonald.
Formerly a senior consultant in Hewitt’s Communication Consulting Practice, Kathy specialized in helping organizations engage their employees through creative, research-based strategic communication in order to drive the right behaviors and achieve desired business results. She has worked across a broad spectrum of communication issues, including retirement, health, wellness, branding, organizational change, employee engagement and communicating overall business strategy.
Over the years, her clients have included several Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies in the automotive, banking, manufacturing, distribution and insurance industries.
Previously, Kathy was a communication consultant for two Fortune 100 companies, helping to lead them through extensive organizational change, employee engagement efforts, and internal and external branding initiatives.
Kathy earned her bachelors degree in behavioral science from Indiana University and her M.S. in integrated marketing communication from Northwestern University.
