Lauren Kostas operationalizes clients’ vision and values, engages employees in delivering on the business strategy and enables companies to successfully navigate through change.

She currently works with a $12 billion food and beverage company reinventing itself as a low cost-provider. At Edison International, Lauren helped unleash a high performance culture, driving awareness, understanding and action for the new vision, values and guiding behaviors. For BASF Corporation’s $5.6 billion purchase of Engelhard Corp., Lauren orchestrated a leader-led cascade of information and customized meeting experiences in more than 30 locations on four continents. When United Airlines rolled out a ground-breaking performance incentive program, Lauren provided frontline employees with critical information and experiences to help them connect their day-to-day work to company-wide performance measures. In addition, Lauren has delivered strategy execution for clients including Textron Inc., Allstate Insurance and Baxter International, Inc.

With a J.D., Law (cum laude) from Texas Tech University, Lauren began her career as an associate with Hughes & Luce, LLP law firm, in Dallas, advising clients facing turnaround situations. She holds a B.A. in history and anthropology from Case Western Reserve University and an M.A. in museum science from Texas Tech University.

She loves to come to work each day to interact with smart colleagues, support terrific clients and tackle interesting challenges.
