Morgan Marzec has a keen ability to get to the heart of complex business issues, simplify change and create actionable paths that inspire employees to perform at their best.

Morgan’s innovative approach to problem-solving has delivered outstanding results for clients and created multiple award-winning programs. She has served as the change lead for a number of business transformation efforts including BASF’s acquisition of Engelhard Corporation, United Airline’s Chapter 11 restructuring, and Baxter Healthcare’s redesign of its North American supply chain operations.

Most recently, Morgan worked with Edison International to shift its culture and inspire greater cross-functional collaboration among employees. Over the last 12 years, she’s also had the privilege of working with Air Products, American Standard, Dairy Management, Navistar, Northwestern Mutual, Johnson & Johnson, McDonalds, Rockwell Automation, Seyfarth Shaw, Textron, Weyerhaeuser and WM. Wrigley Jr. Company.

With an artistic side expressed through dance, poetry and photography, Morgan is also a world explorer. She’s stayed with the Massai of the Serengeti, traveled across Central America by way of “chicken bus,” and hiked the Himalayas and the Andes. She is a published business writer and also serves on the Project on Public Trust in Business, a collaboration led by the Business Roundtable Institute for Corporate Ethics and the Arthur W Page Society. She has a B.A. in liberal arts from Sarah Lawrence College and attended Wadham College, Oxford University, England.
