DuPont Wins Award of Excellence at 2017 PRSA Silver Anvil Awards

The Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) has honored DuPont with an Award of Excellence as part of the 2017 Silver Anvil Awards.

A Silver Anvil recognizes excellence in public relations and communications. According to PRSA, the award “symbolizes the breadth of talent among industry practitioners while recognizing outstanding individual professional achievement.”

DuPont’s “Journey to Three: Driving Performance through Ambiguity with Employee Communications” was honored with the award in the category of Internal Communications for Businesses with More Than 10,000 Employees. When DuPont announced its intent to merge with The Dow Chemical Company and subsequently divide into three independent companies, Gagen MacDonald and Think Marketing partnered with DuPont to execute a robust internal communications plan to enable stronger business performance, keep retention at consistently high levels and enhance employee/leader engagement in its current and future businesses.
