DuPont Wins Three IABC Bronze Quill Awards

The International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Chicago has honored DuPont, Gagen MacDonald, and Think Marketing with three Bronze Quill Awards. The DuPont campaign “Journey to Three: Driving Performance Through Ambiguity” earned two Awards of Excellence, for Change Management and Internal Communications, as well as an IABC Bronze Quill Merit Award for Employee Engagement.

Self-described as “the Oscars” of Chicago communications, the IABC Chicago Bronze Quill Awards “represent the pinnacle of communications excellence. The Awards recognize the best and brightest work from all communication disciplines — from marketing and public relations to writing and digital media expertise.”

DuPont’s “Journey to Three” is a robust internal communications plan co-developed by DuPont, Gagen MacDonald, and Think Marketing to enable stronger business performance, keep retention at consistently high levels, and enhance employee/leader engagement in the wake of DuPont’s announcement that it would merge with The Dow Chemical Company and subsequently divide into three independent companies.
