Molly—a leading expert in business transformation, technology and change—is an ardent champion of collaboration across the C-suite and women’s leadership to drive sustainable business results. Recognized as one of Denver’s Top 25 Most Powerful Women by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce and an Outstanding Woman in Business by the Denver Business Journal, Molly serves on the boards of NewCloud Networks, the Colorado Technology Association—which she recently chaired—and Craig Hospital, a rehabilitation and research center focused on the application of neuroscience.
Her career centers around using technology and communications to help clients navigate disruption. Recent engagements include advising DowDuPont on its merger integration and subsequent spin into three independent companies, and guiding PVH and GE on strengthening their cultures. Prior to Gagen, Molly led Grant Thornton LLP’s Business Advisory Services Practice in Denver and was a Cabinet Member for the City and County of Denver reporting to Mayor John Hickenlooper.
