Marketing Director 

We seek an exceptional mid-level marketing professional to develop programs to help establish, promote and position our solutions. Key objectives include driving lead generation, opening new markets and accelerating our growth. Our ideal candidate demonstrates a strong understanding of marketing a professional services firm.

He/she should be able to create, develop and execute programs to tell our story to key decision-makers for business transformation and large-scale change initiatives.

This position, based in Chicago, reports directly to the president and works closely with the firm’s founder and CEO as well as various consulting team leaders and the corporate designer.

Senior Graphic Designer (Corporate Initiatives)

Within our corporate marketing team, the graphic design professional will create visual concepts that communicate the strategic messaging and positioning of various marketing programs to increase visibility, stimulate demand, open new markets and accelerate growth for the firm.

The senior graphic designer will be part of the firm’s Creative Center of Excellence, reporting directly to the Creative Lead, and deployed to the chief marketing officer (CMO) and Thought Leadership full-time to design impactful visual solutions to support Gagen MacDonald’s go-to-market strategy. He or she will be responsible for developing marketing collateral that inspires, informs, and captivates the firm’s key audience segments.
