We’re looking for a mid-level consultant and account manager who has experience in leadership change and culture change as drivers for business transformation. This role requires functional expertise in one or more of the following areas: Leadership Development, Change Management, Culture Change, Learning and Development/ Instructional Design, Organizational Development/Design, Systems Management and Employee Engagement.

Project Coordinator 

The Project Coordinator will play an integral role on a team of consultants to support the internal team, on behalf of our external clients.

This role will be responsible for administering project-related tasks such as project planning and execution, research for marketing outreach, client meetings and business proposals, financial system input and budget monitoring, client documentation, administrative management and coordination.
