Director, Talent

We’re looking for a Director, Talent to provide leadership and vision to align our talent strategy to our business strategy and act as a pivotal player in driving what’s possible in enterprise Talent Management. This role will take the lead in how we redesign and continuously improve our employee experience as we continue to grow.

Reporting to the President, you will develop and implement strategies that support the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment, engagement, development, management and retention. Specific areas of focus are talent acquisition, onboarding, development and creating a culture of highly-engaged employees.

The ideal candidate will bring a holistic approach to optimizing human capital, which enables us to drive short- and long-term results by building sustainable culture, engagement, capability, and capacity through integrated talent acquisition, development, and deployment processes aligned to the firm’s business goals.
