Alice Boertje

With over a decade of experience, Alice is a highly-conceptual Creative Consultant who successfully translates complex business goals and strategies into innovative results. She is passionate about creating visually-stunning, forward-thinking design solutions that work across platforms and touch points to reach people.

Alice combines her experience in agency and corporate settings to deliver big ideas, strategic design and execution within a variety of industries – such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, higher education and financial firms. She listens to understand her clients’ challenges and discerns how to best tell their unique story in order to rally employees around a shared purpose and vision.

With her Master’s degree in psychology, Alice is distinctly capable as a human-centered design thinker and focuses on making emotional connections to drive behavior change. She consistently keys into the human perspective throughout the problem-solving process to deliver inspiring, aesthetic solutions.

Taking a user-centric approach grounded in research and observation, Alice provides creative direction for multimedia initiatives that create engaging brand interactions, experience concepts and approaches. She regularly collaborates with interaction and product designers, writers, researchers, strategists and technologists and oversees project design through to execution.

Most recently, Alice worked at a strategic branding and design agency in Chicago where she specialized in creating dynamic brand experiences and corporate communications for global fortune 500 corporations, regional and national businesses and non-profits.

Alice holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Additionally, Alice holds a Masters in Psychology from Concordia University.
