Amanda Hurst brings 12 years of experience in organizational systems restructuring, process development and improvement, change management, leadership and talent development, leadership alignment and partnership, curriculum development,competency modeling, project management, operations, and client relationship management to Gagen MacDonald. Her exceptional attention to detail and virtual team collaboration provides successful client engagement. She coaches organizations to become task oriented and produce results.
Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Amanda was the President of Development and Operations of Positive Eye Consulting, a strategy execution consulting firm that specializedin large scale organization change management initiatives, organizational systems and restructuring, leadership and team cohesiveness development, executive coaching, psychometric personality and competency assessments, and leadership curriculum design and implementation in various modalities. Positive Eye focused on federal and state government agencies, family owned businesses, and healthcare systems.
At Gagen MacDonald, Amanda has been instrumental in several digital channel projects and most recently has wrapped up an 18-month intranet assessment, design, implementation and vendor management project for a major global fashion retail conglomerate.
Amanda is passionate about producing results to advance organizations in the 21stcentury. Utilizing her deep technical systems management skills, she transforms organizational accountability and effectiveness.
Amanda received a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Southern Utah University. She also completed Northwestern’s Fienberg School of Medicine’s Orthotics Certificate Program in Chicago, IL. Amanda is certified in the Polaris® Universal 360 and Polaris® Global 360 competency modeling from Organization Systems International (OSI). She also holds a Power Communications certificate from the School of Leadership Development at Rapport Leadership International, Everything DiSCCertification and her 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitator Accreditationfrom Wiley International.
