Amber Lineback

With more than 16 years of experience, Amber brings a unique combination of skills in organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, communications, culture building, coaching, and facilitation.  Her passion for heartfelt leadership and communication makes her a great partner to her clients.

Amber’s most recent roles in organizational effectiveness for Piedmont Natural Gas, have showcased her skills in designing and implementing successful performance management, leadership development and change management programs tailored to drive business results. In particular, she led a high-potential leadership development program, including designing a custom assessment center, training raters, and creating the curriculum. As a result, twenty percent of the participants were promoted within the first year.

She also developed and managed an employee engagement survey, including identification of areas to target in action planning and creation of measures to track success. After one year of action planning and support, the survey measured a five percent increase in the organization’s priority items.

Upon entering the business world, Amber discovered that her undergraduate studies in pre-med, scientific mind and genuine care for the wellbeing of others, translated well into organizational development work.  She later pursued a master’s degree in organizational development and has achieved certifications in a number of change management, facilitation and coaching methodologies.

Amber is based out of Charlotte, NC, where she gives back to her community as an executive council member for the United Way Young Leaders group.
