Anne joined Gagen MacDonald in early 2019, striving to combine her knowledge of organizational principles and her experience in project and change management to provide the best service possible to her team and each client. In addition to her seven years of administrative experience in healthcare and higher education, she also brings a Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Anne enables herself and her team to deliver best-in-class service to clients through her adaptability, willingness to collaborate and keen attention to detail.
Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Anne was a Department Manager at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology where she excelled in project management and data tracking. Concurrently, she completed an internship during which she created and implemented new procedures and tools that improved the efficiency of her department. Anne began her career in administration at the Cadence Cancer Center where she helped to identify inefficiencies in work flows and to develop a new role that improved both the provider and patient experience.
Anne received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bradley University and her Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
