For Gagen MacDonald, Brad provides valued and direct counsel to clients and senior management teams to effectively engage internal stakeholders in business strategy and during times of change. With his mix of both agency and corporate experience, he helps clients communicate across matrixed organizations; build and empower teams with vision and energy; manage mediums and messaging; drive strategic stakeholder outreach; and develop creative and interactive programs that connect with audiences.

For more than 18 years, Brad worked for McDonald’s Corporation. The majority of his time was spent in the company’s dynamic international division creating the International Communications function and supporting McDonald’s global expansion – introducing the McDonald’s brand to consumers and influencers in more than 50 international markets, including Japan, China, India, Israel, Chile and South Africa.

Other notable roles with McDonald’s include: directing the Corporate Relations function for McDonald’s Latin America, with oversight of 28 countries’ communications strategies and plans, personnel and agencies; driving internal and change management communications for McDonald’s USA during its critical 2001/2002 restructuring – including the large-scale effort to engage the U.S. franchisee base, and supporting internal and external communications around the company’s mergers and acquisitions of Boston Market and Chipotle Mexican Grill.
