Jennifer Minder

With more than 20 years of experience in corporate communications with world leaders in health care, Jennifer’s interests are centered on developing and leading purpose-driven organizational communications, culture improvement, and employee engagement strategies and programs that deliver positive, sustainable results. Joining Gagen MacDonald in 2018, Jennifer currently provides strategic communications support for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.

Prior to Gagen, Jennifer led the strategic execution of Anthem, Inc.’s CEO and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) executive communications platforms, which included developing creative initiatives to help reinforce and align messages across the enterprise, improve organizational culture, and create an enterprise-wide mindset among 56,000 employees. While at Anthem, Jennifer was also responsible for reshaping programming to help increase C-Suite executive connections with employees, reinventing high-profile meetings, and reimagining high-touch communications, including the company’s Annual Report and communications designed to build excitement for the company’s corporate headquarters relocation.

Prior to Anthem, Inc., Jennifer led employee communications strategies and culture improvement initiatives for the McNeil Consumer Healthcare division of Johnson & Johnson during a time of unprecedented change for the company. Her responsibilities included communicating McNeil’s story through a variety of channels to internal stakeholders, building employee pride in McNeil brands and equities, and driving values-based culture improvement efforts. While at Johnson & Johnson, Jennifer also managed a variety of innovative public relations and crisis communications programs for key consumer brands including JOHNSON’S®Baby, SPLENDA®, and TYLENOL®. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Jennifer managed physician communications for Aetna.

Jennifer’s collaborative style and natural ability to connect with people – from the front lines to the C-Suite – enables her to effectively develop impactful and relevant communications programs and strategies that stand out and make a difference.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University.
