With a decade of corporate and agency marketing experience, Jess is passionate about building compelling brands through unearthing the unique value of each company and using this knowledge to create a consistent, impactful message across functions and teams. She joined Gagen MacDonald in 2017 as the marketing communications lead, working to increase brand value and visibility of the firm.
Prior to joining Gagen, Jess served as an account supervisor at a marketing research, strategy, and execution agency where she aligned internal and external teams to nurture change and growth in organizations. Using an integrated sales and marketing approach to drive awareness and credibility, her work helped a local, midsize client become a thought leader in its industry, which eventually led to its acquisition by a Fortune 500 company.
Throughout her career, Jess has demonstrated a commitment to developing and implementing successful marketing programs for professional services organizations. Her in-depth knowledge of digital communications strategies fosters a multi-channel approach that effectively reaches key audiences and stakeholders.
Jess received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bentley University. Grateful for the opportunities her alma mater provided her, she is an active member of Bentley’s Chicago alumni chapter, helping to promote the university’s strategic mission of supporting lifelong engagement and success.
