Kari Keohane

With over twelve years of experience in communication and change management consulting, Kari brings a passion for storytelling, design, strategic thinking and analytics to her work. Her professional experience includes leading large scale global change initiatives and communication campaigns. She has extensive experience advising and supporting clients on engagement, organizational transformation, enterprise-wide system and software implementations, as well as alignment, communication and project management related to employer branding, talent and performance management, rewards and compensation, and health and welfare. At Gagen MacDonald, Kari currently provides strategic communication and change management support for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.

Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Kari progressed through a series of consulting roles of increasing responsibility with several large management consulting firms, where she led individuals and teams in the management of large, complex global initiatives. She has provided counsel and support to a variety of both small and large companies including numerous Fortune 500.

Kari, a values-based leader, excels at developing creative solutions to simplify complex issues and processes. Considered equals parts “left- and right-brained” by clients and colleagues, she combines her love for organizational effectiveness, writing and design to drive business results through impactful campaigns.

Kari holds a BA in Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations from Temple University.
