Kelsey brings her passion for simplification and process improvement to every one of her accounts. Her strategic thinking and keen attention to detail help her to execute on responsibilities including financial analysis, project planning and implementation, market research and new business proposals.
Prior to joining Gagen, Kelsey was a Communications Project Manager at Zurich. In this role, she gained strong experience working with the Communications department juggling multiple relationships and tasks, including digital signage, intranet analytics, and process improvements for the North American team. In her first position at Zurich, Kelsey managed CEO relationships, involvement on sponsorships and worked closely with senior management to drive a high performance culture across North America. Kelsey also helped to manage the company relationship with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and received Zurich’s “Community Investment Volunteer Award” for her work in 2017.
Kelsey began her career as an Executive Team Leader at Target where she focused on improving guest experience scores at her store and driving sales by promoting brand consistency, educating and motivating employees across departments and leveraging new systems, processes and customer service methods.
Outside of the office, Kelsey serves on the Executive Committee of the Make-A-Wish Illinois Associate Board.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and a minor in Music from Augustana College.
