Most recently, she played a leading role in award-winning work with a leading, global biopharmaceutical company to equip the organization for successful enterprise-wide transformation. Using Gagen MacDonald’s unique approach focused on the human side of change, the team drove significant improvements in employee understanding of the changes and their importance to patients and the company’s future.
Kristal partnered with a leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services to increase the company’s understanding, commitment and ownership of their new, common name and unified global brand among leaders and employees.
She also supported a $2 billion global diversified manufacturer of engineering and technical solutions to launch a global, multi-year HR transformation that enables the company’s business strategy for growth and strengthens its performance culture. Additionally, she provided the business strategic internal communications counsel as they engaged a diverse employee audience and ignite their high-performance culture.
Before joining Gagen MacDonald, Kristal worked as a manager in the Corporate Communications Department at HarperCollins Publishers in New York City. During the industry’s unprecedented transition into the digital publishing marketplace, Kristal worked closely with senior management and employees to develop and disseminate change communications across the business.
Currently, Kristal is a member of the prestigious Arthur W. Page Society’s Future Leaders Class of 2017-2018, an executive education experience designed to prepare high-potential communications executives for the role of chief communications officer.
In 2015, she was named a winner of PR News’ Rising PR Stars 30 & Under awards, an annual competition showcasing top talent, passionate professionals and budding PR leaders.
Based on her outstanding client work with Gagen MacDonald, Kristal has also presented at the 2018 International Association of Business Communicators World Conference in Montreal, 2014 Communications Leadership Exchange Conference and 2013 PRSA International Conference in Philadelphia.
