Lindsay Theile has a 14-year track record of developing and executing thoughtful, integrated, global communications strategies. She brings energy, curiosity and creativity to her work and, in her 14-year tenure with GE, developed a reputation for creating strong partnerships with business CEOs to drive holistic communications campaigns.
Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Lindsay led communications teams across many of GE’s multi-billion dollar industrial businesses, including its renewable energy, gas power and energy services franchises and also held roles in GE’s aviation, sensing, inspection technologies and healthcare financial services divisions. Most recently, she was the communications director for GE’s global research group. In her time with GE she led award winning external product launches, engaging and imaginative culture communication campaigns, successful crisis management, M&A and reorganization communications and coached Fortune 500 C-Suite executives.
A passionate developer of people, Lindsay led GE’s Communications Leadership Development Program where she recruited, managed and coached next generation talent for the function across the company’s energy division.
Lindsay is a native of Ann Arbor, Michigan. She holds a B.A. in History from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts.
