Lynsie has over a decade of experience working within fast paced agencies and in-house design groups. She understands the full scope of a project, can flesh out the story behind it, and communicate that story with beautiful, compelling graphics. She believes creative strategy combined with modern aesthetics are the key to communicating complex ideas.
Lynsie has developed experiences ranging from digital to print, from identity to illustration, from web to environmental pieces. She is passionate about infographics and data visualization but no matter the medium, Lynsie is dedicated to delivering engaging creative.
Prior to joining Gagen, Lynsie was a director of digital and creative within a global strategic communications practice. She infuses design thinking in both external and internal projects for an array of Fortune 500 companies, including corporate reputation, energy, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, change communications and employee engagement. She collaborated with clients across all media and markets to advance their business objectives with investors, journalists, employees, business partners and consumers.
Earlier in her career, Lynsie created and led the first in-house creative team for a global contractor. She fully integrated her design team with engineers and construction project managers to create federal design-build transportation proposals. These winning proposals accurately sold the complex value-added benefits of the construction approach through a combination of illustrated infographics and clear information hierarchy. Those proposals ranged from few thousand dollars’ worth of work to a few billion dollars’ worth of work, making Lynsie an integral part of the business development team.
Lynsie received her B.S. in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago with a minor in English. She has also attended several continuing education courses focused on advancing creative in-house teams and enhancing her expertise in Adobe products.
