At Gagen MacDonald, Miranda uses her past experiences and skill set to deliver project management support for clients. With a drive to always improve and to exceed expectations, Miranda brings her passion for process efficiency to her work every day. She uses her focus on client service excellence and strong interpersonal skills to create an organized and hassle-free experience for those with whom she serves.
Miranda started her career in retail management at Target Corporation where she held various roles, including customer experience, human resources and operations. While at Target, Miranda led, managed and influenced a variety of teams to improve culture and drive positive business results.
Most recently, Miranda was the Executive of Human Resources, where she led talent management, culture, leadership, recruiting and training for a store of 120+ employees. In this role, Miranda oversaw the implementation and rollout of a companywide HR system. As an Executive of Softlines/Guest Experience, Miranda managed the coordination, planning and execution of successful projects and initiatives. These projects included the roll out of company-wide product lines, including Hearth & Hand Magnolia by Chip and Joanna Gains. In her first role at Target as an Executive of Guest Experience, Miranda drove guest loyalty measures by working with all leaders and team members to improve the overall in-store guest experience.
Miranda received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration as well as a Minor in Psychology from Augustana College.
