In joining Gagen MacDonald, Molly brings strength in managing complex and dynamic projects and an unbridled enthusiasm for helping clients navigate change.

Her current client work includes supporting a global health care leader engage employees around a new purpose and strategy. Molly‘s primary responsibilities include managing complex project plans, crafting compelling stories to align key stakeholders and facilitating business, cultural and leadership alignment.

Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Molly was a Senior Associate in the Communication practice at Mercer, focused on change management. In this role, she provided strategy development and communications support across a broad range of transformations, including M&A and restructuring, technology systems implementations, job architecture, compensation and benefits. Her approach to business transformation is built on the understanding that business objectives will only be met if leaders and employees are equipped and engaged.

A recent example of Molly’s technology systems change management experience includes serving as an on-site resource to a hospital system as they navigated an implementation of Workday. She developed integrated change communications, leadership engagement and training plans to support the organization through the transition.

Highlights of Molly’s recent M&A work includes providing end-to-end communications support for a large health care system through their acquisition and partnership with multiple hospitals. Working as an embedded member of the company’s integration team, Molly developed the communication strategy for all stakeholders, ranging from the corporate office to employed and affiliated physicians and APPs. She also helped design and facilitate the launch of the company’s new total rewards brand.

Other examples of Molly’s experience include an Electronic Health Record system implementation, top 10 pharmaceutical company merger, a major chemicals company separation and HR-related portal and microsite rollouts.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and English from Bowdoin College in Maine. Molly was born and raised in New York City.
