Nick is a creative communicator, blending his backgrounds in improv comedy, coaching, teaching and passion for organizational change. Nick is a results driven, growth-oriented leader and facilitator who applies his diverse skillset to uplift people and organizations to reach their full potential.
Nick is an experienced coach and educator, having worked with students and student athletes as a football coach and teacher for 16 years. For his students in downtown Chicago, he created efficient structure and support, fostered individual and team empowerment, communicated and upheld high expectations, and delivered results all while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
As a Certified Scrum Master with the Scrum Alliance, Nick applies Agile Methodologies to manage projects, continuously adapting for the unpredictable.
He is a graduate of The Second City Training Center Conservatory program and has been performing, creating, and directing sketch, improvisation, and video content for more than five years. His performing experience allows him to quickly problem solve in uncomfortable and unusual situations and build off the ideas of others to innovate something new and memorable.
Nick earned his M.S. in Communication from Northwestern University with focus on change management, and a B.A. in Comedy Writing and Performance from Columbia College Chicago.
