Nick Sarillo

With experience in organizational culture design, leadership development, and internal communication, Nick brings a unique blend of knowledge and experience to help organizations tap into the potential of their people. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Nick developed an early passion for business operations, with a keen focus on leadership effectiveness and culture. To support his passion, Nick pursued a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology, expanding his understanding of human behavior in the workplace.

Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Nick played a critical role in high-growth startup companies, where he helped to define internal culture and develop talent management systems needed to support growth. Building on that experience, Nick joined a small consulting firm, where he partnered with executives of mid-size organizations to facilitate leadership training workshops, define and implement organizational purpose statements, and improve the employee experience through training and development systems. Nick’s practical experience and educational background allow him to bring strategies to life and create meaningful change within organizations.

Early in his tenure at Gagen, Nick provided strategic support for a Fortune 500 company, driving alignment across leaders and functions in preparation for the company’s Global Leadership Summit. Nick supported cross-functional collaboration and coordination to ensure a consistent strategy and clear messaging across all aspects of the event.

Nick received his Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and his Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Leadership and Change Management from DePaul University.
