Tiffany Goode brings over 10 years of consulting experience in the creation and execution of transformational organizational strategies, change management communications, building a sustainable culture, and continual improvement. As a business and strategy enabler, Tiffany’s mission in life is “to help organizations create the vision, engage everyone around realization of the strategy, and tell the story”.
Tiffany has worked with C-suite executives domestically and internationally implementing meaningful solutions in regards to Leadership, Strategy, Finances, Processes, Innovation, and Staff Engagement. She is an expert in the Malcolm Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework and has served as an examiner for state awards in Tennessee and Georgia. She has created and executed organizational, as well as process change management models. She is trained in the ADKAR change management model and built organizational sustainability by teaching the model throughout the organization.
She has a Masters of Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Decision Sciences/Information Technology and Marketing from Clark Atlanta University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Engineering Technology from Hampton University.
Tiffany is a Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (American Society for Quality), Visual Strategist (AlphaChimp), Accountable Culture Facilitator for “OZ” and “Change the Culture, Change the Game” (Partners in Leadership), Certified Strengths Essentials Facilitator (Marcus Buckingham Institute), and Social Media Strategy Certification (Social Media Institute).
