Her years of experience as a liaison between varying bodies attempting to reach common ground assist in her client work around culture change and transformation efforts.

Before coming to Gagen MacDonald, Abigail worked as a part of the media relations staff at a higher education institution, assisting over 20 offices in their division as they worked to improve the enrollment and student experience of the university. Abigail was a key factor in creating relationships between the media relations staff and their partnering offices as they instituted programming to attract and retain students and worked to establish and reorganize the operational processes of project and event management within the division.

Prior to that, Abigail’s time working with global communications marketing and public relations teams at Edelman across their public affairs, energy and transportation, digital content, and digital analytics sectors helped her develop and hone a salient skill set in communication and human-centered design. Her contributions to effective storytelling campaigns through key messaging, stakeholder identification, and customer persona development have been essential assets to her professional career path.
