With more than 15 years of corporate communications experience, Belia understands the importance of storytelling. She is passionate about building trusting relationships with leaders to help them craft their organization’s story.
In her role as Manager, Client Delivery at Gagen MacDonald, Belia is responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications programs. She offers a multifaceted approach to communications, drawn from her experience in corporate communications, media relations, investor relations and journalism. She has worked cross departmental at organizations and been on both sides of the client/agency relationship.
Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Belia worked in corporate and external communications in the business consulting, education and philanthropic sectors. Of note, she managed the rebranding of a large global company, planned investor relations events, served as communications counsel to senior leadership and was responsible for social media development and management. Belia began her career as a reporter covering education, diversity and community news.
