Before joining Gagen MacDonald, Kara worked in the private and nonprofit sectors in external and internal communications, employee engagement and culture growth. During that time, she saw how business performance and employee experience go hand-in-hand and how it’s possible for work to be an enjoyable experience at companies of any size or industry.
