Employee Communications and Engagement Leader Melissa is the founder and principal of Bronn Communications, LLC, which specializes in employee communications and engagement. She has almost 20 years of strategic employee communications experience, focusing in organizational and transformational change initiatives, communication strategy and measurement and employee engagement programs.

Melissa has worked for and with companies across a variety of industries, including consumer products, telecommunications and automotive services, financial services and technology, oil and gas, commercial real estate and pharmaceuticals. She brings a people- and culture-focused approach to communications; a strong understanding of HR functions, programs and initiatives; and a desire to engage employees through customized and compelling programs and content.Melissa is an active member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Georgia chapter, where she served as a committee chair for several years and, most recently, was recognized as Chapter Champion.
