At Gagen MacDonald, Miranda utilizes her past experiences and skill set to deliver high level service to clients. Recently, Miranda has contributed to key clients such as Johnson & Johnson and Hyatt Hotels Corporation by providing internal communications counsel and execution, project management skillsets and a keen eye for detail.

Most recently, Miranda has joined the crisis communications response team for the Johnson & Johnson enterprise communications function. She is responsible for drafting enterprise newsletters that reach over 100,000 employees, overseeing pandemic-related resources for an all-employee microsite and serving as a front-line communicator for reaching employees during this pivotal time for the corporate workforce.

In addition, Miranda previously provided project management support for Hyatt Hotels Corporation’s 2019 Global Leadership Summit. Specifically, she managed and tracked project financials and key deliverables to ensure that every detail of their leadership meeting was brought to life.

With a drive to always improve and to exceed expectations, Miranda brings her passion for process efficiency to her work every day. She uses her focus on client service excellence and strong interpersonal skills to create an organized and hassle-free experience for those with whom she serves.

Miranda started her career in retail management at Target Corporation where she held various roles, including positions in customer experience, human resources and operations. While at Target, Miranda led, managed and influenced a variety of teams to improve culture and drive positive business results.

In her last role at Target, Miranda was the Executive of Human Resources, where she led talent management, culture, leadership, recruiting and training for a store of 120+ employees. In this role, she also oversaw the implementation and rollout of a companywide HR system.
