Before joining Gagen MacDonald, Quentin was an Operations Manager at Amazon, focused on change management, process improvement, and employee engagement. In this role, he conducted a thorough analysis to redesign and significantly enhance career development and employee recognition programs. His approach to employee engagement is rooted in the understanding that organizations are defined by their people—people who must be engaged, motivated, and valued for their organizations to thrive.

Quentin began his consulting career in Albright Stonebridge Group’s Global Practice, where he implemented projects to provide solutions for complex problems related to domestic and international economic development, public-private partnerships, and business development. His work with a U.S. government-sponsored mortgage investor helped bring together thought leaders and stakeholders to expand a pilot program, driving changes in the housing market regarding health, affordability, and sustainability.
