Rob has 15 years of experience working with Fortune 500 clients to define and evolve their brand and communications strategies in service of their most important stakeholders: their employees, customers and society. From business strategy definition to creative ideation to technology planning and implementation, Rob always collaborates with the ideal end user experience top of mind.
In his role as a Senior Director, Rob collaborates across the organization to impact the experience and solutions we bring to our clients. That includes growing our existing client relationships, evolving the positioning and growth of the creative offering, delivering brand and creative solutions, integrating our digital solutions into the broader firm portfolio and working with firm leadership to activate growth strategies.
Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Rob worked in various roles within pioneering advertising and design firms, as well as within corporate brand and communications organizations. He has worked with Fortune 500 clients across almost every industry to help modernize their brands and bring new ways of working to their organizations through design and technology. Currently, Rob is a member of Arthur W. Page Society’s Future Leaders Class of 2021-2022, an executive education experience designed to prepare high-potential communications executives for the role of chief communications offer. Rob was born in Cleveland, OH and raised in the Chicago suburbs. He and his wife, Grace, live in Barrington Hills, IL, with their two children, two dogs and three horses.
