Alyssa Zeff

Alyssa Zeff fuses strategic thinking with creative storytelling and tactical excellence to help organizations communicate in ways that break through the clutter and drive real change. She is known for her collaborative, practical approach and for working closely with leaders and teams to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable communication. Alyssa values smart thinking, good questions and solutions that work in the real world, not just on paper.

Most recently, she served as Vice President of Communications and Head of the bswift Engagement Agency, formed after bswift acquired Davis & Company. In her decade with the firm, she partnered with Fortune 500 clients including Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, BlackRock, IFF and Webster Bank, leading change communication strategy, project management and creative execution for initiatives such as new leader transitions, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and technology and system updates.

Earlier in her career, Alyssa spent ten years in-house at BD, a global medical technology company, where she held roles of increasing responsibility and ultimately oversaw internal communications, corporate communications and public relations worldwide. She began her career at leading public relations agencies in New York City, supporting clients across industries including healthcare, sports, entertainment, nonprofit and consumer brands. Alyssa holds a bachelor's degree in Communications Studies from Vanderbilt University.
