Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Amanda was the President of Development and Operations at Positive Eye Consulting, a strategy execution consulting firm that specialized in large-scale organization change management initiative, organizations systems and restructuring, leadership and team cohesiveness development, executive coaching, psychometric personality and competency assessments, human resources management, and leadership curriculum design and implementation in various modalities.
As a Director at Gagen MacDonald, Amanda has been instrumental in several digital channel projects, culture transformation projects, competency modeling, programmatic development focused on redefining employee career experiences, and crisis communications. Amanda’s human resource experience includes restructuring human resource departments, systems process improvement and implementation, leadership assessment, designing change and communication plans to support workforce transitions, and developing change management strategies focused on delivering impactful employee career experience frameworks.
