As a Director at Gagen MacDonald, Amanda transforms organizational accountability and effectiveness using her deep technical systems management skills and strategic change and communications expertise. Amanda has unique experience driving strategic large scale technical operations transformations, business continuity management improvement and crisis management improvement within the global health care industry. She has been instrumental in several digital channel projects, culture transformation projects, competency modeling, programmatic development focused on redefining employee career experiences, leadership assessment and development programming and systems process improvement and implementation across various client business functions.

Before joining Gagen MacDonald, Amanda was the president of Development and Operations at Positive Eye Consulting, a strategy execution consulting firm that specialized in large-scale organization change management initiatives, organizational systems and restructuring, leadership and team cohesiveness development, executive coaching, psychometric personality and competency assessments, human resources management and leadership curriculum design and implementation in various modalities. Positive Eye focused on federal and state government agencies, family-owned businesses, health care systems and the construction and manufacturing industries.

Amanda is certified in the Polaris® Universal 360 and Polaris® Global 360 competency modeling from Organization Systems International (OSI). She also holds a Power Communications certificate from the School of Leadership Development at Rapport Leadership International, Everything DiSC Certification and her Lifetime 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitator Accreditation from Wiley International.
