Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Amanda was the President of Development and Operations of Positive Eye Consulting, a strategy execution consulting firm that specialized in large scale organization change management initiatives, organizational systems and restructuring, leadership and team cohesiveness development, executive coaching, psychometric personality and competency assessments, and leadership curriculum design and implementation in various modalities. Positive Eye focused on federal and state government agencies, family owned businesses, and healthcare systems.
At Gagen MacDonald, Amanda has been instrumental in several digital channel projects and most recently has wrapped up an 18-month intranet assessment, design, implementation and vendor management project for a major global fashion retail conglomerate.Amanda is passionate about producing results to advance organizations in the 21st century.
