Ariel has a background in a range of HR initiatives with clients, including those focused on safety, diversity & inclusion, community relations, benefits, health & well-being and crisis communications. She taps into her creativity and strong attention to detail, in order to craft captivating messages. Her experience includes projects on open enrollment, engagement surveys and employee giving programs, as well as pandemic and storm communications.

With previous experience in event production, where she worked in the festival and wedding industry, Ariel brings a diverse range of skills to every project.
