Bethanee Reynolds

Associate Director

Bethanee Reynolds is an associate director with Gagen MacDonald, based in Pennsylvania. She specializes in internal communications, executive visibility, DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) strategy and change communications.

Bethanee leverages mission-driven messaging to strengthen organizational culture and foster meaningful connections among employees. She brings a thoughtful, campaign-style approach to communications—pairing creativity with structured execution to deliver inclusive, high-impact results. She is highly regarded for her ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations, lead cross-functional initiatives and implement programs that amplify purpose, values and employee voice. Bethanee is also skilled at developing and honing internal team culture to upskill those around her while ensuring best-in-class delivery for clients. Her strengths include editorial strategy, stakeholder engagement and content development across intranet and internal social channels.

Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Bethanee served as an account supervisor in the Workplace Advisory Practice at Edelman where she supported Fortune 500 clients in corporate communications and employee engagement across the healthcare, retail and consumer sectors. Her work has spanned employee value proposition and employer brand development, culture transformation programs, executive visibility initiatives and large-scale internal events. In these roles, she honed her ability to lead enterprise-wide communications efforts, consult senior stakeholders on best practices for internal storytelling and manage integrated communication campaigns through times of change.

Bethanee holds an MPS in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University, where she focused on internal communications strategy and a B.A. in Business Communications Management from Saint Leo University. Earlier in her career, she spent four and a half years in higher education training and mentoring student leaders. Outside of work, Bethanee enjoys spending time with her family and four dogs, renovating her home and experimenting in the kitchen.
