Her work has spanned employee value proposition and employer brand development, culture transformation programs, executive visibility initiatives and large-scale internal events. In these roles, she honed her ability to lead enterprise-wide communications efforts, consult senior stakeholders on best practices for internal storytelling and manage integrated communication campaigns through times of change.
Bethanee holds an MPS in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University, where she focused on internal communications strategy and a B.A. in Business Communications Management from Saint Leo University. Earlier in her career, she spent four and a half years in higher education training and mentoring student leaders. Outside of work, Bethanee enjoys spending time with her family and four dogs, renovating her home and experimenting in the kitchen.
