He is passionate about cultivating digital spaces within companies that deliver modern, personalized communications for their employees and other stakeholders.
Before joining Gagen MacDonald, Bill worked as an employee communications strategist and business partner for leading companies in the automotive, insurance, agriculture, and financial services industries. He has significant experience partnering with human resources, IT, operations, R&D and other functions to plan, design and execute integrated communications strategies. He is also an expert event planner, crisis communicator and Agile product owner of intranets and digital workspaces.
Seeking to understand all potential inputs and root causes, Bill approaches situations with insatiable curiosity. He listens and learns first to understand the surrounding context and then thoughtfully identifies patterns and themes to determine the true impact on the audience.
