Caroline Irwin specializes in aligning employees with organizational vision and objectives. With over a decade of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, she crafts tailored communications and engagement strategies that drive employee understanding and action. Caroline excels at building meaningful relationships, cultivating a deep understanding of the business and its stakeholders and delivering results that guide leaders through complex transformations.
Most recently, Caroline was a Senior Account Supervisor in Edelman’s Workplace Advisory practice where she helped clients across a broad range of industries anticipate and navigate change effectively. She designed and implemented comprehensive change management programs including executive narratives, leadership playbooks, workforce listening initiatives and measurement frameworks. She also spearheaded AI integration to modernize a healthcare organization’s HR function and partnered with Harvard Business School to research and co-author a business case study, positioning a pharmaceutical company as a leader in innovation.
Caroline began her career in-house at Allstate Insurance, where she served as a Communications Manager and led change communications for Allstate’s acquisition of an independent agent insurer. She was also a participant in Allstate’s Leadership Development program, completing three rotations in different functions, which ignited her passion for strategic communications.
Caroline currently resides in Indianapolis and holds a degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
