Previously, Christin worked at Abbott in HR Communications, serving as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and developing global communication strategies for HR programs impacting tens of thousands of employees. Before that, she spent more than a decade at Allstate, leading enterprise-wide communications across HR, distribution, customer experience, product, corporate transformation and claims. During a pivotal period of change, she helped employees navigate uncertainty, connect to the company's vision and embrace their role in shaping its future.

Earlier in her career, Christin helped organizations in insurance, healthcare and emerging businesses build and protect their brands, always with a focus on authenticity, clarity and human connection.
