She is a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, providing high-judgment counsel to influence critical decision-making processes, including rapid response to emerging issues and crises with far-reaching employee and brand consequences.
Most recently, Courtney was an internal communications manager for Amazon's Worldwide Operations business, where she led messaging for high-impact and sensitive topics and issues affecting more than 800,000 employees. While at Amazon, she managed end-to-end communications for both proactive global campaigns and reactive issues management for internal policy and public policy changes, compensation and benefits information, disaster response, labor relations, AI-based technology rollouts and enhancements, and other significant employee engagement initiatives.
Courtney holds a degree from the University of Oklahoma and currently resides in Oklahoma City with her husband and two children.
