Greg is a communicator and storyteller who is passionate about supporting companies and their employees as they navigate today’s complexities, find paths through uncertainty, adapt and succeed. By combining his background creating and producing high-impact experiences and activations with the principles of change, he delivers strategies and content that engage target audiences and drive their behaviors. Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Greg was Creative Director of a firm that represents some of the world’s top brands. There, he conceptualized and wrote workshops, ideated event attendee journeys, oversaw conventions and large meetings, designed and implemented campaigns and led creative and project management teams.

For over a decade, Greg has worked in various industries, including tech, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and supplies, food and beverage, telecommunications, professional services and cryptocurrency.

Always seeking to improve and provide value-added insight for clients, Greg is a continuous learner. He is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and holds a certificate in Strategic Change Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
